Comprehensive Spa Care (KLP)
Important information on the CAP:
- The health insurance covers treatment, accommodation and all-day meals.
- KLP is taken by the client during the period of incapacity for work.
- The length of treatment is set at 21 or 28 days depending on the type of indication.
- The validity of an approved proposal for KLP is 3 months from the date of issue.
- If the reviewing physician approves a guide for the stay of an adult client, the health insurance company pays for the accommodation and meals of the guide.
- In some cases, the CAP can be extended. The "proposal" is approved by the reviewing physician of the respective health insurance company.
- Upon receipt of the approved spa proposal from the health insurance company, the spa will summon the client no later than 5 working days before the start of the stay. It is possible to arrange a specific date for the use of the KLP for an administrative fee of CZK 2,000/person/single room and CZK 1,000/person/double room.
- The health insurance company covers accommodation in double rooms of standard category. Extra accommodation and accommodation in a single room for an extra charge according to the price list below.
- Health insurance covers basic full board meals (continental breakfast, lunch and dinner with a choice of several meals). Choice of meals (buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with a choice of menu, fruit and vegetable salads, fruit, mineral water, coffee) at an additional cost.
